Send supplements to family in Nepal from abroad
Many Nepalis abroad want to send protein or creatine home, but shipping from overseas is slow and costly, and fakes are common. You can order from Apex Fitness Centre in Nepal and we deliver to your family locally.
How it works
- Message us on WhatsApp at 9708819605 and tell us which products you want.
- Send your family member's name, phone number and address in Nepal.
- Pay directly to our bank account or by Khalti. We send the payment details on WhatsApp.
- We confirm your payment and send the parcel by Nepal Can, free of charge.
- Your family receives it, usually in 1 to 2 days, and we share the tracking number with you.
Why order from inside Nepal
The parcel does not cross a border, so there are no overseas shipping fees or customs delays. You get a local seller you can message, a bill, and delivery in days instead of weeks.
Before you order
Ask us for photos of the exact products, and ask your family to check that the seals are unbroken when the parcel arrives. Tell them to message us the same day if anything looks wrong.
What people send most
Protein powder, creatine monohydrate and pre-workout are the most common choices. See our price guides for current prices before you decide.
