How to buy supplements online in Nepal safely
Buying online is convenient, but you cannot touch the tub first. These checks protect you.
Before you pay
- Check that the seller has a real address, phone number and reviews.
- Ask for photos or a short video of the exact product.
- Ask if you will get a bill.
- Ask how long delivery takes and how it is sent.
- Check the price against other sellers. Be careful if it is far lower.
How ordering works at Apex
Pick a product and tap Order on WhatsApp, or add items to your cart. We confirm stock and your address, you pay by Khalti or bank transfer, and we send it by Nepal Can with a tracking number. Delivery is free all over Nepal and usually takes 1 to 2 days.
When your parcel arrives
Check that the outer seal and the inner seal are unbroken and the batch number is printed. If anything looks wrong, take photos and message us the same day.
Returns
Sealed, unopened items can be returned. Opened supplements cannot be returned, so check everything before you open the tub.
